Every detail was great, including location and staff, I liked how fairly clean the hotel was. Comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, a writing table, and an ironing set in the room.

Staff and location were perfect and I loved it.

Quiet hotel in a comfortable location as close to the River Walk as the ad seemed to, the services were great. In general the staff were understanding and courteous.

I would recomand this hotel and will be back. It's fairly clean venue nestled in a historic style building in the nice enough area.

The location was charming and the staff was always welcoming! The room was absolutely brilliant & magnificent, there was a great bed. The continental breakfast was scrumptious with plenty of food. Restaurant in hotel was elegant and the pool area was clean.

Breakfast was free and the hotel was generally clean. Bed was quiet, room was gorgeous and warm. The staff, everyone, was absolutely perfect. The beach was sandy. I loved the venue's main bar. The pool was heated.

Ideal location, modest restaurant, great staff and exquisite decor. Walking distance to the lovely beach. Moreover, the hotel was within good access to a scenic river. Great view, a nice balcony, large bed, too. Had cool drinks in the pool bar in the evening.

All was spotless, I loved wonderful staff and service. Found in an adequate area. Had lunch/dinner at Casa Rio, which I found relatively close to the hotel. My experience at this family-friendly property was very good...

We would recommend it to friends. We thoroughly enjoyed service and food, this hotel had everything we need. Plus, free WiFi was available.
